It is definitely silky. Easier to make than I thought. A little messy, but, if you clean as you go not bad. The taste was unbelievable. Rich and chocolatey. It does keep you from eating too much of it though. LOL I will definitely make it again. In fact, tomorrow I am picking up more of the ingredients that I need and making two more to give away. I want others to enjoy it too.
