Way too sweet for my taste. Butternut squash, carrots and bell peppers are all sweet, so I had to add a lot of salt and 2 vegetable bouillon cubes to make it taste better. I also added other spices to it, cause it was bland.

I didn’t see carrots in it! Not sure if that was a personal touch, though it sounds good! I added more salt and cayenne as well, and some lemon to elevate the flavors of the spices

Oh, I didn't realize it wasn't on the list. If you click on the link that takes you to the website, there's carrots on the baking tray 🙃
