I've been teaching my teen how to cook for a little while now and let her take the reigns on this recipe. It's very easy to dry out pork, but it turned out rather moist and it was extremely flavorful. We used a local orange and sage honey. Be sure to watch the glazing so you don't burn it and this recipe is a weeknight go to for pork that would also likely do well with chicken!
