They came out perfect . I added only one egg. And only added 3 and 1/2 cups of bread flour. It needed more water than the recipe . I let it rise for 1 hr before making them into buns and final proof for 1 hour. Baked them at 375 for 12 min. I turned them front to back to bake them evenly and released them from the pan at 10 min mark so they don't burn at the bottom. It made 8 buns.
