Gave this a try tonight and it was a hit!! Family wants it added to the regular rotation. They want more veggies and especially more garlic (but they love roasted garlic, hehe). Super easy to put together, marinated all afternoon, popped in the oven and served over jasmine rice. Glad to add this to my culinary toolbox!!
