400 for 30 min and added potatoes with asparagus instead of green beans. Everyone loved it! 😁

Deeelicious!! My kids usually skip veggies if they can get away with it, but this combination was definitely two thumbs up from them! The chicken was so tender and the veggies were perfectly roasted and seasoned to perfection. I added some white mushroom cap slices to this as well. We roasted some corn on the cob (separately) to accompany this meal.

Used half a cup of cheddar and whole cherry tomatoes, came out quite nice! Very easy to make.

Excellent recipe! I substituted the green beans for asparagus, and parsley for cilantro once.
