Very easy and good! Honestly, you could prep everything and make it a freezer dump and go recipe.
I don't know why some people say it's taking too long. I used whole chicken breasts, and they were only 25% dethawed (I was being lazy and just dethawed them enough to separate them). I put it on low for 8.5 hours (my normal work shift + drive time), and everything was done to perfection!
I did layer it and use only 4 cups of broth. Maybe that's why it cooked really well? Onions and garlic on the bottom, then chicken breasts, then celery, carrots, and potatos. I added my own seasonings along with what was recommended.
