A few suggestions:
Leave your veggies raw! Chopped that red onion up fine and halved the material and they were brilliant! Also, we served over micrograms and quinoa. If you really love garlic don't be afraid to mince 3 or 4 LARGE cloves. I thinned the sauce out a bit by adding extra EVOO, and went heavy on the salt and pepper....my lemon was HUGE!
