Delicious! I used sherry since I didn't have white white. I also used 1/2 c heavy cream and 1/2 c pasta water. I also used 3 tsp of soy sauce since I didn't have coconut aminos. I shredded some rotisserie chicken for protein and topped it with grated parm and dried basil! will absolutely be making again, even on a weeknight!
