Instructions

Step 1
Combine onions/shallots and avocado oil into a sauté pan and cook on a medium heat for 30 mins, adding a few tablespoons of water as you go to deglaze the pan when the pan begins to get dry.
Step 2
Once the onions are caramelized, add in tomato paste, coconut aminos sun-dried tomatoes, pasta water, salt, pepper and chili flakes.
Step 3
Bring to a simmer for 10 mins then add in pasta mix and serve with some fresh chopped parsley! Enjoy!
