My go to pizza crust. I add 1 tsp date sugar to the dough and I make this using the cast iron method. Preheat cast iron skillet to 500 f. Put 5 TBS olive oil on top of dough and on hands. Place oiled dough in pan and spread out quickly. Bake 3 minutes. Remove and top will favorite toppings. Bake again for 10 or 11 minutes. 1/2 of this recipe makes 1 medium pizza if flattened out.
