I completely over estimated how much this would make! I doubled the recipe because I was feeding a group of guys. They all loved it! But there's so much leftover. So beware! I do vegetable freezer prep once a month, so this didn't take me too long because the veggies were ready, but it would take a while if you didn't already prep your veggies. Love this recipe, definitely my favorite (don't tell me mom, she has award winning chili, literally🤣)
