This was a hit. Once again, my air frying time was almost double that indicated in the recipe to get the chicken to a safe temperature. Next time, I'll either butterfly the chicken or cook for 20 - 25 minutes prior to adding the sauce.
I doubled the recipe and then tripled the sauce, as I like dipping. Either before or after putting the sauce on the chicken, I'd add some garlic powder or minced garlic (maybe an acid?) to the sauce for a bit more depth of flavor. I also heated some in a saucepan to try to thicken it, which I'll do again.
