Super yum!
A healthy midweek meal post-Holidays!
Cubed Sweet Potato prior to baking.
Don't necessarily have to bake the Kale but was good!
Reduce Maple syrup in Tahini dressing next time ie. 1/2 - 3/4 TBS (not 1 TBS)
Add Grilled Chicken/Flank Steak if want.
