A healthy midweek meal post-Holidays!
Cubed Sweet Potato prior to baking.
Kale but was super good baked!! 4 mins was enough. Cook a bunch - it's good! (Tossed in olive oil/S & P).
Didn't need broccolini.
Reduce Maple syrup in Tahini dressing to 1 tsp (not 1 TBS)
Added Grilled Chicken (or Flank Steak if want).
