Once again forgot a photo. I would give this 4 1/2 stars. I read and compared A Lot of recipes, paid attention to common seasonings between them. While I picked this one I did make changes. 1 garlic clove not 3, good choice I believe. Did just over 1/4 tsp of thyme. NO oregano, parsley or paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. I also did 1 3/4 cup of clam juice which I think was perfect but will necessitate a little more flour. I used canned clams from Costco (51oz size) but did not put it all in, I just eye balled it. Froze the remaining clams and juice. Did a mix of Yukon and russet, russet for thickening. Used a vegetable chopper so potatoes and onions were uniform in size. Will take all of 25 minutes to get the yukons soft. Husband liked it and he is picky. I liked it but still felt like it was either missing something or something was put in that shouldn't have been. I'll make this again, but if I find something I think sounds better I'll try it. I'm only loyal to our taste buds.
