The sauce comes together beautifully! I was concerned on whether or not it would thicken without flour, but it couldn’t have been better! The only note I might add is that a stick of butter does leave quite a prominent butter flavor. I might recommend a 3/4 stick, rather than a whole one, but this recipe is DEFINITELY staying in my kitchen.
