This is a very good recipe. The flavors come together very nicely! I made a homemade lime rice and used a full pepper medley on top of the poblano. I'll sub the poblano next time with a hatch green chili to give it some zest. Well done!

The original "hatch" green chili is called aniheim. Hatch Ranch in New Mexico just advertises very well. Now you can buy aniheim chili and not have to pay Hatch's high price.
