Omitted honey for Slow Carb Diet. Delicious. Really good spices and flavours. Easy to prep ahead of time and the prepped ingredients would probably keep in the fridge for a good 2-3 days before cooking, if the chicken is fresh. Next time I would roast butternut for 20mins, then add chicken and pak choi and roast for 20mins. Adding the chicken at the start made it slightly dry. Could also add some sliced ginger.
