In Step 6, it says: "Drain and add your pasta water" doesn't make sense to me.. can someone explain? am I adding pasta water to the sauce?

He talks with an accent, doesn't he? 🙂 What he meant is: drain the pasta and reserve the liquor. Add the pasta to the sauce, or vis versa, which ever makes more sense. Then if it is too thick, add some pasta water to make it smooth.
