I used whatever pasta I had in the cupboard and a stores own bbq sauce. I also used lactofree milk. I added yellow and red pepper, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms too add some veggies to the dish. If you do this you will need to add half a can of water more (I filled the tomato tin half way with water and added that) and you'll need a tbl extra sauce. I can't have anything allium so used a bbq run I can use on the chicken before hand for a little extra flavor. Chilli flakes only on those who wanted it. Was really simple and easy to use and I had everything in the freezer/fridge /cupboard already.
