Very tasty! Trick was to use a non stick frying pan, so after cooking the salmon, you can remove the skin as well from the pan easily. Peel off from the salmon. Then keep most, if not all, of the oil/ herb mix in the frying pan to add to the rice mix. I used brown rice. So plenty of flavour. I used a while pack of feta, which was probably too much. 1/2 to 3/4 would be plenty. Also, could do with some broccoli or sprouting to go with it. But very good.
