Such a yummy meal! I did the called for noodles with double the sauce, double the veg, and added broccoli since I had it on hand. Definitely would remake but next time use less sesame oil than called for.
Edit: for the sauce, I use:
5 TBSP fish sauce
1 Cup Broth
6 TBSP Soy Sauce, low sodium
3 TBSP Sesame Oil
2 TBSP Sugar
2 TBSP Cornstarch
