Honestly I wasn't sure about this since I have made some meatloafs in the past and yes they mostly are too mushy but this one came out perfect. My family loved it! The only thing I will do next time is make more sauce for the topping. I tweaked the topping by using ketchup about 1 tsp of soya sauce and 3/4 tsp of liquid smoke. Yesssss very good! 👍😊👍
