I made this to take to a potluck dinner. I didn’t have a mandolin handy so I cut the brussels sprouts very thin. The morning before the dinner I mixed up the dressing and tossed the brussels sprouts in the dressing. I prepped all the other ingredients to top the brussels sprouts with at the time of serving. I mixed the grapes with cranberries in order to hydrate the cranberries. I used slivered almonds. All the ingredients that I used were vegan based.
And result? Rave reviews.
