For the Salad:
1 poundbrussels sprouts
1 cupgreen grapes
cut in half
½ cuptoasted almonds
sliced
1 cupfeta cheese
crumbled
½ cupdry cranberries
2 tablespoonsbasil
chopped

For the Salad:
Step 1
-Thinly shave the brussels using a mandolin directly into a large bowl. Arrange the grapes, almonds, crumbled feta and dry cranberries around the brussels, then sprinkle with the basil. Dress the salad right before serving. If the want the brussels to be a bit softer, dress the salad up to one hour before serving.
For the Dressing:
Step 2
-Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk vigorously to combine. Reserve in a jar or glass container for up to two weeks, stirring right before use.
