It tastes lovely. I added double cream as it was a little on the spicy side for the kids. It had a good kick to it, which i dont mind. For some reason, i couldn't access the instructions, so i just winged it. It can't be that hard, right? I had cherry tamatoes, so I added that last thing and put the lid on so it gets steamed. I made double the recipe so hopefully will freeze a batch in a foil container for them busy days.
Maybe add some ketchup/mayonnaise in the mix with peri sauce to cool the spice levels down.
