It's really good. The instructions for temperature and time, were perfect for me, because it created a nice crust yet it was still soft and moist inside. However, less sugar and sugar didn't hurt, and canola oil(or some other oil with unsaturated fat) would be healthier. Adding a little vanilla extract in the wet ingredients also goes a long way.
It would be better to whisk wet ingredients separately and then fold in the dry ones.
And I found that it pairs nicely with a tangy strawberry reduction.
