The patties were delicious and had great consistency!
I did the following changes to the recipe (vegan):
- I replaced the feta cheese with nutritional yeast
- Replaced ketchup with tomato paste
- Added a little bit of liquid smoke
- Replaced the 2 eggs with 2 Tbsp chia/flax seeds mixed with 6 Tbsp water (i let them soak the water fully before mixing)
- Mixed in pre-soaked and strained TVP (soy chunks) at the end
- I almost doubled the spices, to count for the added TVP
