Delicious flavor and healthy (except for the cheese I put on top). If anyone wonders, if you don't have to hide your veggies, it's yummy if you just chop things up. (I added a jalapeno too.) This made a lot of chili...gonna freeze some for another time. Topped mine with green onions, cilantro, cheese and Greek yogurt.
Served with choice of tortilla chips or cornbread.
