← Replies in Hidden Veggie Vegetarian 3 Bean Chili Recipe

Delicious flavor and healthy (except for the cheese I put on top). If anyone wonders, if you don't have to hide your veggies, it's yummy if you just chop things up. (I added a jalapeno too.) This made a lot of chili...gonna freeze some for another time. Topped mine with green onions, cilantro, cheese and Greek yogurt. Served with choice of tortilla chips or cornbread. Thanks Kaelah!

Made again. Added 1 cut up sweet potato and an extra red pepper. Didn't have a carrot or mushrooms but added 1 jalapeno. All this to say it's very versatile and came out yummy. Cooked in the instant pot. Set it and forget it!
