Followed the instructions perfectly. Curry was disgusting. Way too much cumin and ginger. With a bit of tweaking of the spice measurements, i think the recipe could be great.

lol I find this funny because I always take spice measurements with a grain of salt and I just throw in the spices how I think would be good. This just makes me feel even more like I’m doing the right thing haha
