Used 420g of cooked quinoa (100 dry), added in chicken stock cube to water. For veg used steamed butternut squash, broccoli & cauliflower, sprouts and some spinach, blended, used cheese mix and along with salt listed, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika and 1/2 tsp oregano, black pepper. 2 medium eggs. 160 in oven for about 20 mins. Came out a little soggy and dense in the middle in a full sized cupcake tin but holds together well enough.
