Absolutely DELICIOUS topping - did a no-bake plain cheesecake filling (no blueberries) on a Lotus biscuit base but this topping really made it top class (and bringing the base up the sides too, as suggested here, makes it special too). Leave topping until serving tho otherwise it dribbles down & softens the biscuit base, and for my slightly larger loose bottomed tin I'll make twice the amount of crust mixture next time to fully come up the sides 😬
