The best whole wheat bread I ever made . This will be my go to recipe. Very easy to make . I hand kneaded the dough. It was very wet dough but you have to keep kneading while sprinkling some flour on top. Kneaded for about 15 minutes. I let it ferment for 3 hours the proofed for 1 hr 30 min. Baked in 7.7 " x 3.75" fat daddios aluminum pan. It had a good rise and color with milk wash . Baked at 350 F for 35 min .
