I never understand why people just check all the boxes. Bland, dry and certainly never again qualify for most people as reasons NOT to make it, while the others, especially "go-to" suggest a great recommendation. I assume you liked it??

It's essentially salad on bread. How do you get bland or dry and crispy out of that or spicy for that matter?. And what do the pictures of ripe bananas have to do with any of this.?
