This was pretty good. The lentils hold the spices well and taste just like taco meat. You can adjust spices to your liking. I used an immersion blender instead of crushing to save time. This created a little smoother texture similar to pate, not all of it was blended, just some. I would crush them next time for better texture. Good recipe, just takes a little time to cook.
