My (adult) sons really like this. Seriously, they finished all the leftovers, which I can't remember ever happening before.
I made it to prepare some easy freezer meals, which I freeze in 8x8 pans. The lid goes pretty far into the pan, so one "batch" of this made 3 casseroles for the freezer.
They take far longer than you'd think to defrost. I like to allow 48 hours in the fridge from the freezer.
I find the chicken to be my least favorite part of the meal, but I'm the only person who's said that. They're all too busy eating!
