Nothing like realizing you don't have the main spices 30 minutes before dinner...I used mild curry powder instead of garam masala, used much less coriander, added sweet paprika instead of chilli and skipped the cayenne. It became a baby friendly meal, my 11 month old and 5 year old both loved it. I got food burn in the Instant Pot, but after scraping it once it managed to pressurize.
