I am a new and unexperienced cook and this took me hours. I didn't prepare for this recipe, which is partially why it took so long. I made the mashed potatoes and tomato paste from scratch. It was definitely a new learning experience. I will make this again in the future, but be a little more prepared. It turned out delicious
