I heavily seasoned the chicken with my Greek seasoning. I also added sweet onion when adding the broccoli.
I hand grated fresh parmesean, and I also added 1/2 tsp garlic powder to the sauce as well.
This wasn't enough to feed my family of 5, so I added a box of protein enriched noodles to the casserole dish.
If you are feeding more than 2 people and don't want to add pasta or noodles, I would double it.
This was so good. My kids gobbled it up, broccoli and all!
I will definitely be making this again!
