Wow, amazing!!! Really easy to make, look and taste wonderful. This pic is 12 minutes at 180c.
I used 80g pecans and 50g white chocolate instead if 130g pecans. We dont have maple extract in UK supermarkets so I couldn't add that. That meant the maple flavour didn't come through, so i agree with the author not to skip it. Now I know maple extract exists I might make some myself!
Also made a dairy free batch by using marg instead of butter, that worked totally great, couldn't tell the difference.
