Like others, I only used about 10 oz of broccoli, but I could see using the full 16 oz in the future. Next time, I think I will make this in a muffin tin, so I can freeze individual portions for future eating. It was absolutely delicious. I am trying to resist going in for seconds. The flavor is rich and savory. The broccoli makes me feel like I'm eating healthy. I did not use frozen broccoli. I used fresh and blanched the florets for 3 minutes then into an ice bath, which is basically what is done before broccoli is flash frozen anyway.
