I made a maple honey mustard to go with the sweet potato fries. I did add Dale's Marinade (US) to the portobello caps and just cooked them on the stove top. we had no eggs tonight, but otherwise it was delicious. It was a hit with everyone but my 2 year old. My 7 year old got an extra mushroom and made it like a bun. I loved the pickled onions, I've never thought to make those.
