First of all, what a great idea to use TVP, its a forgotten vegan protein. I added ingredients to this dish: chili powder, paprika, black pepper, garlic and onion powder. Also added black beans and a bit of vegan Mexican cheese to glue everything together. The sauce was surprisingly good! I usually don't like silken tofu for sauces.
Will make it again, it's quick and easy! Great source of protein!
