Added half an onion and garlic minced to oil mixture. Used 2 qts canned tomatoes with 8 oz grape tomatoes and half cup sun dried tomatoes. Added other spices and basil. Tossed tomatoes in oil mixture before baking with feta. Sauted sliced mushrooms and spinach and added after tomatoes and feta were baked and mixed. Served with veggie meatballs for protien.
