Make sure you drain your meat well so the chips are not soggy. Added two tablespoons of taco sauce on top of the meat mixture.
Did not add the lettuce tomatoes or sour cream until it was plated up. That way those items did not get hot. Skipped the olives and added a few sliced jalapenos
