Taco Salad Casserole

I've been making this for several years and love it just as written except for using Spicy Refried Beans, also, I use Doritos on the bottom. Yummmm. Tastes just like a Taco without the tortilla.

Make sure you drain your meat well so the chips are not soggy. Added two tablespoons of taco sauce on top of the meat mixture. Did not add the lettuce tomatoes or sour cream until it was plated up. That way those items did not get hot. Skipped the olives and added a few sliced jalapenos

Added seasoned chips to the bottom instead of plain. Stirred the beans with a few tablespoons of salsa for added flavor. Used lots more lettuce!

Quick, easy, and flavorable dish! I omitted the olives and sour cream. I also separated the diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce so the dish wouldn't be soggy.
