Was so scared to make cheesecake for the first time, BUT İT TURNED OUT SO SO GOOD! Even my hubby who doesnt usually enjoy sweets, loved it. İ didnt have sourcream so i changed it for turkish yoghurt mixed with water. Only thing i would change was the cookies to butter ratio, butter was way too much. İt turned out so so soft and creamy! İ did do a waterbath and had no cracks on top. Going to make this recipe for my parents this weekend as well🫶🏼

Double the crust, bake crust at 325 for 10 mins. Full larger casserole dish with boiling water under cheesecake while baking. Wrap the outside of cheesecake pan in aluminum foil so doesn't leak. Check temp, at 150 to 160 👌. Open oven door a bit, with oven off and let cool for a while then take out and leave on counter until room temp then cool in fridge.
