Double the crust, bake crust at 325 for 10 mins. Full larger casserole dish with boiling water under cheesecake while baking. Wrap the outside of cheesecake pan in aluminum foil so doesn't leak. Check temp, at 150 to 160 👌. Open oven door a bit, with oven off and let cool for a while then take out and leave on counter until room temp then cool in fridge.
