Was so scared to make cheesecake for the first time, BUT İT TURNED OUT SO SO GOOD! Even my hubby who doesnt usually enjoy sweets, loved it. İ didnt have sourcream so i changed it for turkish yoghurt mixed with water. Only thing i would change was the cookies to butter ratio, butter was way too much. İt turned out so so soft and creamy! İ did do a waterbath and had no cracks on top. Going to make this recipe for my parents this weekend as well🫶🏼

Make sure to make this the day BEFORE you need it! You'll know that if you actually read the recipe ahead of time, unlike me. So, if you want to know what this is like straight out of the oven and into the fridge only an hour, read on. My guests graciously complimented the creaminess of the cheesecake. The texture wasn't like I expect a classic baked cheesecake. Not as dense and smooth. Flavors were subtle and not super sweet, which many people appreciate. We all liked it well enough, but I wouldn't say it was the BEST. That may not be fair since we ate it without the overnight refrigeration.

yummy!! pretty easy recipe too. i baked it in a 9x13 glass pan because i don’t have a spring form, then cut into triangle shapes. worked well!

It came out perfect!! I actually had to go out before the time was up so I cooked it for 60 minutes and turned off the stove and left the door closed and it worked perfectly! Definitely use low speed and room temp ingredients, that makes all the difference!

This was my first time baking cheesecake and It Was Fire. I was a bit underwhelmed initially but it was delicious after being in the fridge overnight. The recipe says bake 75 minutes but in her video she says between 65-75. 65 minutes worked great and I'm glad I checked the vid first! Not sure what exactly caused the unsightly crack — perhaps the springform pan that's probably older than I am or the fact that we didn't spread the crust up on the sides. But it adds character.

I made this, and it turned out perfectly! I made strawberry topping (for me) and a chocolate topping for my hubs. It was perfect!!!!

For a 9"x13" casserole pan, the recipe does not need to be doubled. 325 overcooks in 45 minutes. Try 300 for 45 minutes and check every 5 minutes after that.

Perfect recipe. I use this as a base for every cheesecake flavor I make. Making a banana chocolate hazelnut one tonight.

Turned out amazing!! I used a T of my homemade vanilla bean paste instead of the extract, it put it over the top!

Amazing recipe. It was very tasty - yet not too sweet. The key was using ingredients at room temperature… everything combined so nicely and the filling had 0 lumps! Highly recommended👍🏻

Made 2 of these. The one that appeared slightly over cooked actually had the best taste and consistency.
