I added mushrooms to this. I precooked them with the broccoli and garlic because of the water mushrooms naturally have. I also tweaked this recipe because I was only making an 8x8 pan as it's just 2 of us. I appreciated this low carb recipe. It didn't look all that pretty which is why I didn't post a photo. But it was tasty. I added Italian seasoning to the chicken while it cooked which was a bonus.
