I made the sauce a head of time and actually added fresh ginger, garlic, apricot jam (Low sugar ), 1 T Brown sugar, red pepper flakes and soy sauce to the blender. The sauce was good but not amazing I would make this again. It was really good on top of rice with roasted carrots and broccoli. Next time I might try it without the ginger or just no blender. I would like to try it with some orange marmalade instead of the jam !
